Returns

Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@omakasevapecarts.com or call us at 530-316-4707 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you receive the RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging.

  3. Include your proof of purchase and a note with your RMA number inside the package.

Refunds

Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the receipt.
  • After inspection, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Exchanges

Eligibility

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, follow these steps:

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
